Lesintor three-machine integrated dehumidifying dryer is composed of a honeycomb dehumidifier, a heat-preserving drying barrel, and a suction machine. All equipment is installed on a movable tripod. It integrates three functions: dehumidification, drying and feeding. In general, it is suitable for various plastic materials, especially high-hygroscopic long-range plastics, such as PA, PC, LCP, PET, PBT, etc., which can reach a dew point of -40°C or -5CTC under ideal conditions.
Machine characteristics
•The heat preservation type drying barrel adopts the design of a downward blowing tube, and is equipped with a rotary exhaust device to prevent heat loss and provide drying efficiency;
• With a closed loop feeding system, it can prevent the dried raw materials from being damp again due to contact with the outside air;
• The P.L.D temperature control series is standard configuration. It also provides PLC control with LCD touch control interface for selection, and can provide real-time monitoring of the dehumidification effect of the machine dew point meter for selection.
